Spring is a fantastic time to visit Amish Country. The snowy fields are beginning to turn green, businesses are reopening to tourists after taking the harshest months off, and there are numerous events to keep visitors busy! You won’t want to miss traveling to Amish Country in Spring.
Things to do in Amish Country in Spring
Think you’d enjoy the budding leaves and flowers from the height of a treehouse? Sleep high above the ground at an Amish Country Treehouse! Interested in being on land? How about sleeping in a Honeycomb Suite at the dreamy Inn at Honey Run.
The Farm at Walnut Creek is a fun spring outing, where you can feed exotic animals from an Amish-driven wagon or the comfort of your vehicle. The Farm at Walnut Creek reopens for the season in April. Check their website for updates.

March 31 – Easter Sunday. Most businesses will be closed.
April 12- Toby Keith Tribute at the Amish Country Theater
April 15- 20 – Customer Appreciation Days at Keim Lumber
April 20- Lincoln Highway Bluegrass Band Concert at the Duncan Theater in Killbuck.
April 25 – Berlin Garage Sales
April 25 & 26 – Jeff Allen Christian Comedian at the Ohio Star Theater
May 3 & 4 – Dandelion May Fest at Breitenbach Wine Cellars
Sample the award-winning dandelion wine, listen to live music, and enjoy food trucks at the 29th Annual Dandelion Festival. Breitenbach Wine Cellars is located at 5934 Old Route 39 Northwest, Dover, OH 44622
May 4- Customer Appreciation Day at Lehman’s from 11 am – 2 pm.
May 9 – Ascension Day. Amish-owned businesses will be closed.
May 10 & 11 – Sugarcreek Village Garage Sales
May 11 – Vintage in the Village in downtown Millersburg. Local antique vendors and artisans set up their offerings on the courthouse lawn.
